1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Orders that have entered the production or personalization stage cannot be cancelled.
- Orders that have already been shipped are not eligible for cancellation.
2. Return Eligibility
Returns will be accepted only under the following conditions:
- Product received is damaged or defective
- Incorrect product delivered (different from the order placed)
3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized or personalized products
- Bulk or corporate orders once approved
- Products with errors in customization details provided by the customer
- Products marked as non-returnable or non-refundable
- Discounted or clearance items (if applicable)
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product is inspected and approved by our team. Approved refunds will be processed as per the conditions mentioned below.
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
6. How to Request a Return or Refund
To request a return or refund, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product with the following details:
- Order ID
- Description of the issue
- Clear images of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
